Today a different story. It looked like Nana and Pop had been left in charge of minding the grandchildren and they were obviously sinking under the pressure. While they retreated to the cafe area and waved the white flag of surrender the
They unleashed their enthusiasm on hammocks, swing things, BBQ's and anything they could push, shove or fiddle with, all the while shrieking at the top of their lungs.......this doesn't go down well in what is basically the worlds biggest tin shed.
Nan and Pop who had, I figured, removed both sets of hearing aids sipped slowly on their coffee.........while the rest of us shot dirty looks in their direction. Maybe I had it wrong and these kids were just dropped off by their parents with a hasty "See you at 5pm boys......be good". Who knows........maybe they had been moved on from the close by Hungry Jacks after a similar rampage in their play area.
Anyway I got out of there in record time.
Even these guys who may have started out the day "Happy" would most certainly have turned into "Grumpy" by the end of the day.
Wonder if I could interest Nan and Pop in some of this....
(for bugs of course)
